Gazelle click holder

I have watched the vido how to adjust the click holder 6 times. I still can't get my blade to extend. I can only cut with 3 and above. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong. I love my Gazelle, but this click holder is driving me crazy.

I did exactly that and now my click holder is working perfectly.
