I really liked it. I could load directly to it, but the video was choppy and it told me I needed to update the GDI (driver), so I went to their support and asked how to do that. They said since I was running the trial software they couldn't help me. I said, "You mean if I buy this you will tell me how to do it." They said yes, so I opened the trial up and went to purchase. Next thing I know they want me to buy that and also Adobe Photoshop. I like my PSP X2, so I said to heck with it and here I am. LOLOL I am now trying a trial version of Corel VideoStudio Pro X4. I just thought if someone had already been through this they could stir me in the right direction!!! I will let you know if someone else doesn't help us.
