I finally buckled to the pressure of all those beautiful creations I'm seeing out here on SCS.... I went to Joann's at lunch and picked mine up for 53.49.... I can't wait to get home to play with it.
I actually did it..I broke down and bought it. Also used the 40% off coupon for a pack of the buckle slide dies, those are just too cute! I also got 3 emobossing folders too...I'm uploading my first *bug card in a few!!!
Andrea - what was the selection like at AC Moore? I'm hoping they'll carry some different dies and embossing folders. The selection at M's is so limited, and my J's doesn't even carry it anymore!

The selection at our AC Moore was much better then Joann's or Michael's. They had several more of the embossing folders (about six), they had a full end rack plus a side and some hanging on the edge.
You're gonna love it! I'll have to check out the accessories at my AC Moore. I've about cleaned out Michaels and Joann. And there was a coupon in the paper -- and one in my e-mail!
Surprisingly, the selection actually wasn't too bad. I really wanted the swirly and snowflake A2 embossing folders, but they did not have them. I'm assumming once the *bug gets a real place in the ailse (right now it was only on an endcap) then they'll be able to carry the full line of products.

Hi Deb,
Yes, the dies are going to cut into the cutting mat. They sell replacements for these, but they'll last you a long time before you have to think about. And remember you have 2 cutting mats with 2 sides - use them all up before you replace.
I love my bug!! I just got it a few days ago and only bought one A2 embossing folder. A day later I placed an order for more. There are several online stores with pretty good selections of Cuttlebug dies and embossing folders - check out crazyscraps.com or ohmycrafts.com - they seem to have the best prices on them.
