Cuttlebug had a folder called "friend words" that had the word memories. Also, Teresa Collins has one that's called "beautiful words" that has the word memory in it. Don't think there is an embossing folder with just the word memories though.
Cricut used to have a make your own embossing folder kit to make with their electronic die cutters.
If you just want a folder for a one off you can cut it from chipboard or multiple layers of cardstock and make your own sandwich. You would need three pieces - one for the front and back and one to cut the postive/negative.
Or you can just cut out the word as thick as you need and use a rubber mat like Spellbinders.
Neither of these will stand up to a bazillion uses but would work for a few.
