I've not had any experience with them, but I've found that most companies have pretty good customer service. I just email to tell them my problem and they tell you what to do. The company I last dealt with was Spellbinders. I told them my problem, they told me what to do and it still didn't work so they asked for pictures showing how I was doing it. After I sent the pictures, they said I should have a new one in the next 7-10 business days! I couldn't find my receipt but that's probably why they wanted the step by step pictures. I think EK Success is the company that makes punches for Stampin Up and SU has had several punches giving them problems and people taking them back. Not sure what EK's problem is, but I think they are working it out.
I am having problems with the reindeer chain punch. Right out of the package, I grabbed a piece of scrap paper and punched, it jammed all up, couldn't get the punched image out without tearing all to pieces, figured the paper was too thin, used some thicker paper, same thing. I have punched aluminum foil hoping to fix the problem. No luck. I went to their web site, to the "contact us" page and filled it out, they ask for your name, address, phone #, punch #, problem, etc. Received a "no reply" email right away stating someone would be in touch with me shortly. I'm pretty sure that was last Monday, haven't heard anything since.

Did you buy it directly from them? I got one from Hobby Lobby quite a while back and never used it for a long time. Then, it wouldn't punch, it was like the punch part was too big to fit through the hole...odd. Anyway, I took it back with no receipt and they replaced it no problem. EK seems to not have all the kinks worked out of the new style punches....sigh....
I had one flat out break on me.... it was some sort of a scallop border type punch... can't recall exactly. I called them and they said they would send a new one out, didn't even mention about getting the old one back. I threw it away. The new one came within 2 weeks.
If I remember correctly EK Success is actually owned by Wilton Industries so your email might have come back with that address and you may have missed it.
I've gone through two successful returns with them, one for a bad punch and one for the retractable craft knife. They do take a while, but eventually they respond. I think I had to take a picture of the bad punch, and they sent me a new one.
I bought my reindeer chain punch from Joanne's. As for the "no reply" email, it was in my spam folder, and I almost missed it, but it was from eksuccess or something like that, I wish I hadn't deleted it.

If you didn't delete it from your deleted folder, it still might be there. When you delete and email it goes to a deleted folder. Once you delete it from there, then it's gone. If you only deleted it once, it may be in your deleted folder.
I just sent a new message thru there website, and have received another no-reply email that someone will contact you shortly. I guess we will see how shortly this message is returned.

They may be closed until after the new year, although for the person who sent their email on the 11th, you would think someone would have been working then??
I emailed Martha Stewart Crafts on Dec. 23rd about her Snow Globe gift box set. Three of the boxes split open, and some of the ribbon was actually "spliced" together with Scotch tape. I received the automated reply from EK Success too, but that's it. I'm not sure I'll be buying any more EK Success items after reading about their poor customer service and the poor quality of some of their merchandise.
A few years ago, I ordered a three pack of glitter from the MS website. When it arrived, one of the glass containers was broken and glitter was everywhere, it was definitely poorly packaged, no padded envelope, just a plain brown shipping envelope. I salvaged the glitter, but sent an email to them just to let them know they needed to package better when shipping. They sent me a whole new package, and apologized for the trouble, that is the kind of customer service that is appreciated!!

I ordered directly from EKSuccess because I could not find the holiday punches anywhere in the stores and even had trouble finding them online. They were shipped from Herrschners. Unfortunayely, I have not used my punches~I guess I should go and check them now!
I bought a punch before Christmas, and it didn't punch/emboss correctly--so I contacted EK Success. No problem--I had to send the punch back to them, and they sent me a new one, which I had in about 10 days.

I just purchased an EK Success punch that isn't working properly and I know AC Moore doesn't have another one. I never thought to contact the company and see if they will replace it. Thanks!
