Duck tape at Joannes

Hello Everyone! I went to Joannes this weekend and found that the Duck Tape is back!!! I was so happy. I remember a thread on this when it had disappeared from all the stores. Well happy to say I found it again in the 4 packs.

I just bought some at my Wal-Mart last week - I'm so glad it's back! It's my favorite adhesive. :-)

Can you tell me more about this tape?? I picture it as the big fat silver stuff that my dad always used. I'm assuming that it's not that though! I need to find a good new adhesive. Thanks!

Is it the double stick with the duck on it? I have never tried that brand - so am interested if it is as good as 3M or not. Do they have refills? or just rolls with dispensers? or is this the stuff that is like a tape runner?

They often sell it in sets of 4 rolls, both at Wal-Mart and Joanns. I love it, I think it sticks really well. My only complaint is that it doesn't have refills. You simply through out the empty cartridge and then grab a new one. Not the most environmentally friendly...
