Default Does anyone know.....Tool to shape paper

I am looking for a tool......a PAPER SHAPER.

At a stamp camp last week, they had a "tool" that I thought they called a paper shaper. It was a white plastic (like the A pad on the cuttlebug type of plastic) tool that had 2 ends. One end was like a bulb shape and about the size of a walnut or a bit smaller and the other end was much smaller. She had a foam pad that we put our paper on and then used the tool to puff out the paper. It was like a giant dry embosser. We had cut out an embossed butterfly and puffed up, shaped, the wings to be rounded out. Do you have any idea what I am talking about? I have looked in the Rogers catalog and cannot find it in there......

Does anyone know what I am talking about and who makes them and where I can find them?

Thanks for any help you can give! Ruthie

I do know, don't have time to check out exact details before work. For sure you'd find them in anywhere that does cookery supplies for icing cakes, because the same type of tools are used for shaping icing flowers. I got one in my local craft store but it was not good because there was a ridge right around it which I had to very carefully shave off. I mostly use the largest of my regular embossing tools, TBH, and you will find an old mouse mat (one of the softer, spongy ones) is a perfect mat for doing the shaping on.
HTH and have fun playing.

Was it by chance one of the tools in this kit?

I know these tools are used for shaping paper flowers.

That is it! Thank you so much! After a tiny bit of research once you gave me the name, I found it even a bit cheaper at this place (if anyone else is interested)

I've got this tool kit now, wanting to make die cut flowers a little nicer, but it doesn't come with any directions at all. Of course the piercing tips and blades are obvious and perhaps even the shaping ball pointed tips, but there is a white tool with a definite purpose based on its shape and curved areas. Would be nice to know who it aids in the shaping. Anyone now how to use it or now of a site demonstrating it?
