Yes, of course you need them! Really, I just got some from my secret valentine and today I used them on the small flower from the Doodle That set and it looks sooo cute. Go ahead and get some - I bet you will like them!

Definitely! Much less messier than glitter & a glue pen. Plus, Stickles come in pretty colors. You must get them all! Just kidding. My favorite ones are fruit punch and waterfall. My least favorite one is pink. It looks mauve to me.

Short answer? YES, you "need" the bling, girl, LOL!! If you are unsure, just try one: Stardust (clear but lots of sparkle). It looks just like Dazzling Diamonds (so it goes with any color) but a whole lot less mess. You'll be amazed at what a difference it will make in ANYthing you put it on!

I haven't used Stickles yet either, but I'd be interested in the best place to find them. I don't recall seeing them at Michaels.

Thanks!

Stickles is a nice option to add anywhere from a little to a lot of sparkle. As Sharon said, I think you would find one of the colorless ones, like Stardust, a good beginning point. I don't use a bunch of this stuff, but I do have a couple colorless ones, red for Xmas & valentines, yellow for flower centers, and a blue for winter stuff. One caution, this is usually the last thing I add to my image as it takes a while to dry.

I ordered one bottle just to see what it was like. Do you just put a drop where you want a spot of glitter (like a flower center), or do you actually spread or brush it around on a bigger area also?

You can dot it on or I have used a brush for small spaces. Stickles are a MUST HAVE! The frosted clear looks like Dazzling Diamonds. I make my own "glitter paper" because I hate paying 1.99 a sheet, especially for Anna Griffin and Brenda Walton papers. It works fine and I think mine look better than the ones you buy...

Absolutely yes! I love stickles! I have used mine as a "glue" for primas. I dab some on the back of the prima and then adhere it to the card and then I add some on the front of the prima for some bling. And then of course I use stickles whereever I need a little something extra.

Yes - I got Stardust Stickles, in my blog I posted a few cards using it. I think it looks just like dazzling diamonds but like others have said - less mess but it takes a little while to dry. I got mine at Stamp Salado (in TX) but not sure where else they carry them!

Okay, you're going to ask a group of enablers if you *need* Stickles?! LOL! My answer to you is run, don't walk to get yourself this great stuff. My personal favorite is the Stardust like a few others suggested. It's very versatile. When you use it the first time, you're gonna wonder how you lived without it. How's that for *enabling*? ;-)

LOVE Stickles!! Got mine at the Archivers store which just opened here. Not sure if they carry Stickles at Miike's or AC Moore...I think they are about $2.25 per bottle - lots of pretty colors!! Have fun!

Stickles can be found at just about any Craft Store or your LSS..
I have had mine for years just have not used it since I became a
SU! Junkie.. But heck for the convenience and the price why not..
Heck Wal-mart might even carry it too..
I think they used to anyways.. Have not checked recently..

What kind of question is that?? Do I need Stickles?? Absolutely!! I have a lot of colors and love mine!! You can take something that is just so-so and make it really WOW!! I've even seen it used on scrapbook paper that was used in cards. I had not thought about that but really added to the scrapbook paper. I especially like the color that I believe is called diamonds. It reminds me of Dazzling Diamonds!

I love my stickles! I have them in every color...just to add a touch of bling
instantly ! You will not regret getting them. They come in such cool colors as well, like rasberry and lime! Plus, they are inexpensive and last a long time because you use just a little bit at a time!

It was because of all the neat cards and rave reviews on this site that I "had" to have mine. I started out with one or two and my collection just grew and grew....... if you like a bit of bling (and what girl doesn't?) you will love using them to add that glittery touch to your cards. I got mine at scrapbookpal.com - great service, good prices and fast shipping - shipping was free with a $25 order AND I got a free goodie in my order.

Yes, treat yourself to Stickles and you will love them! I started with Stardust which is an excellent all-around glitter. Now, I have about 10 colors - I am addicted. My latest fave is called Fruit Punch, it's a bright pink with gold highlights. The small bottles are only about $1.99 and available from several of the stamp stores on Ebay, if you don't find them locally. So, I say, go for it

What is Stickles? I gather it is some type of glitter that you apply to your card, but what exactly is it and does anyone have an example of a card with that on it? I love adding glitter to my cards, but it is so messy, so anything that I can get to add that look without all the mess I would really love to know about. Thanks in advance for your help.

Okay, I am going to be the only one to tell you you don't "need" something which is highly unlike me! I kind of make my own stickles with all SU stuff. Each time I empty out a reinker bottle, there are always a couple drops of ink that you just can't get out. I remove the top of the reinker bottle and fill it about 2/3 of the way with Crystal Effects and then add Dazzling Diamonds to it as well. I stir it up carefully so it mixes well but doesn't get bubbles, then voile, my own stickles. Well, the tip isn't as awesome as a stickles tip but I try to use all SU stuff and this is a great way to upsell reinkers, crystal effects and DD glitter.

Duh! We NEED everything! Love my stickles, love my glitter, love my watercolor crayons, love my watercolor pencils, love all my papers and accessories, love all my stamp sets even though I might not use all of them, love my punches, love my embossing folders, love my sizzix, love my paints and ink pads and all my other coloring mediums, love it ALL.

So what was your original question????
