Die versions definitely will, and I think you will find that almost any dies will work in a big shot, no matter how thin they are.I have the Pro, and I can get them to work alright, its just a little trial & error with the plates and maybe shims. Just start off with the thinnest sandwich, and gradually work your way up with plates/shims till it cuts. That way you won't overload your machine and break it.
I just bought a Impresson Obsession die and it works great in my Big Shot. I would think they others would work fine too, but always check the websites for compatibility to make sure, as the other person mentioned.
I have some thin steel dies from both of these companies and they both work on my BS. I use the Multi-purpose platform-all tabs down, clear plate, die-either up or down, card stock, clear plate and run it through the BS. The die cut images cut fine. This the sandwich I use for any company's thin steel dies. I.e.Memory box, Spellbinders, etc.
