Dazzling Diamonds Info Needed

I have been reading the posts about how to adhere the Dazzling Diamonds but I can't seem to figure out how to buy them. Can someone point me in the right direction. Can I get them at Mike's or HL? What am I looking for? You know if I go to the store and ask they will look at me like I am crazy. Thanks in advance for the help.
