I paid on 4/1 and haven't heard anything either. Thats why I was a little concerned. I guess I'm a little impatient also but I "need" the thanks for the Olivia set for my daughters thank you cards for her birthday this past weekend.

I'm awaiting notification too. I paid on 4/3. I sure hope her family is doing OK, but I would have liked to have received some notification since my credit card has been charged... even if just to say your order will be coming, but I don't know when yet.

I got 2 of my Cuttlebug folders earlier this week: Happy Birthday & the Dog. These 3 were on backorder: Snowflakes, Textile, and Stylized Flowers. The note says that Provo Craft has told her that they should have all the products available by the end of April or the begining of May.
I sent her an email on Sunday 4-15. She responded back sometime before the next morning. She mentioned her Husbands recent medical incident. She told me that she would be shipping the next day. I have not received any shipment notification yet and thats okay. I'm pretty patient and understand her dilemma.

Rec'd my order today. Yippy!!!! Backordered was the hearts die cuts and the snowflake A2 background emboss. The rest was here just fine! Play time.....
I was just wondering if anyone else is having trouble getting their order? I ordered on the 11th of Apr and I haven't heard anything - I don't even know if she received the order. I do know my paypal account has been debited but that's usually an automatic thing when you put in an order through Paypal. I hope everything is fine with her husband. Just wish I heard she received the order and is working on it. I guess I'm not a very patient person. I just want to play. :-)
So was the 40% coupon a one time thing? I don't see anything about it on the website. I did sign up on the mailing list tho. Anyone know? I want a few more A2 embossing folders and my Michael's hasn't got any of the new items in yet.

I placed my order on 3/30 and received my invoice last week. I paid the same day, but haven't received my order or a shipping notice. While the 40% off was a great deal, I hate waiting so long to get an order.
