I just checked my email for the day and received a response about 20 minutes after I sent it. She said that she would send me an invoice today (Sunday). Maybe you could send her another email with your previous email included? (Forward a "sent" email with an additional message.) I had blind carbonerl copied myself with the original email just so that I know my message made it. I've had issues with some of my emails not being delivered -- just floating around somewhere.

I rec'd and email from Janna this morning and she is sending out of the invoices today . . . she has about 40 of them to send out. she apparently was swamped from SCS last night and ran out of time before her pillow screamed her name. lol we will still get the 40% off for first time buyers AND she also said when she is done with this there will be another special. did you join her email list??? keep your eyes open for your invoices today.

Has anyone received the items they ordered from this company? Or has anyone received notice of shipment on their items? Just curious how long it may take to get it.
I got my invoice on 3/21. I haven't gotten my stuff yet, but I did expect that it would take a while because an email from her said: Still swamped, but did manage to order everything.

Ditto! I don't mind having to wait. The 40% off sale was quite a thrill. The good news is that when it does arrive, chances are I'll have forgotten I ordered anything -- so it will be even MORE fun! LOL

I got an email on the 1st saying that she had received my email and would figure out shipping costs to UK but that she had 20 orders in front of mine and would get back to me, but as yet still not heard anything, so will give it a few more days and then perhaps email and see where things are standing, but like others have said I haven't parted with any money or anything and with 40% off its brilliant
I paid my invoice on Sat, but haven't heard since. I imagine she's pretty overwhelmed, so I'm going to wait till the end of the week before I check up on her. ;-)
I'm guessing it will be 2-3 weeks before we start getting anything, provided that she can get our stuff from Provocraft. I had purchased a few things from an eBay seller who let me know that Provocraft itself is having a hard time filling Cuttlebug orders (probably thanks to SCS). LOL
I am waiting on three folders from "Oh My Crafts". The snowflake and stylized flowers folders aren't expected to get to them until April 26 and the textile folder not until May 23! (They did offer to refund my money.) I'm not upset because at least they've kept me in the loop.

The thing with PayPal, though, is that they take the money out virtually right away. It's not like paying with a credit card to a company where they typically don't charge you until the item has shipped.

I placed an order on 3/29 or 3/30 (can't remember exactly and the order is at home). I have received a couple emails from her, but still no invoice. She hasn't responded to my previous 2 emails inquiring about the invoice. She did tell me that she doesn't stock anything, and that orders would probably take 7-10 days to ship out, as she has to place the order & wait to receive it. By not stocking anything, she is able to offer decent everyday pricing on products. As I ordered with the 40% off, I don't mind waiting a bit longer. I do think she needs to disclose that she doesn't stock items on her website, or she could get some ticked off people. Bottom line, I have no idea if I will receive my order at this point.

Yahoo! I just got an email from Paypal that my order is being shipped. I got the invoice on 3/21, so it really didn't take long, and was a great deal. I'll be anxious to get home from work every night to see if my package has arrived.
I just received my shipping notice! I sure hope someone is helping her out with all this, and she's not taking time away from her family right now. But I will be (selfishly) happy to see my stuff. She's just across the state (although that is 300 miles), so it could be here quickly.
I received my stuff today. It's all there, and really, that was pretty fast! I'm sure she still has a lot to deal with, so hopefully we can all be patient.
I have never heard back from her, and what with what is going on with her hubby I won't be emailing her cause think she prob has a lot on her plate right now.

I never received an invoice, although those who ordered after me did receive one. Like you, I'm not going to contact her, as I'm sure she has other things on her mind right not.
