How do you store your Cuttlebug embossing folders? mine are in a box but would like to have some ideas especially when taking them to a crop or something...

Good question! It doesn't have a brand name on it. I think I got it an an office supply store. I'll post a pic of it in a minute.

It really is a great size. It's probably designed for receipts or something:

Wal-mart has a pretty decent selection of accordion folders. That's where I got mine. I use it for my embossing folders as well. Works great! You can always try staples, office max, or another office supply store as well.

I purchased some of the large recipe boxes from Michaels when they had them for $1.00. They fit very nicely in there. You could put a rubber band around it to secure.

I use the 3 liter size stackable Really Big Boxes from Office Depot. I print a label for each folder at the top and then I store them alphabetically in these. I am on box 2 presently. Love this system.
blessings.

I use the large cropper hopper drawer, they fit perfect in there too. I think JoAnn online carries them. They are about $15.00 reg price. But I buy them when they are 40 off

I printed the name of each folder on my labeler, stuck it to the top of the folder, alphabetized the folders, and put them in a pail (or a small box or something would work fine too) next to my Big Shot. I love that they're at my fingertips and easy to look at while I try to decide which one I want to use! LOL

Default write on top with copic marker

Yes, I too put in one large box,
wrote on top their ID with Copic marker (dark pen).
I put all my loose dyes in one plastic bag.
Easier to fine. Threw away original boxes.

I keep mine in a photo box at home, I emboss a piece of cardstock that stays with each folder with that I file in the box.
When I go out to crop I also use the accordian file folder like GreenDragonLady. I found them in the local dollar store. They hold quite a few if you standing them upright 2 in each slot. Inexpensive and works great for me.

I keep mine in photo albums from the dollar store. They fit into the sleeves perfectly and I can keep my seasonal and general ones separately.

I store mine in a Creative Memories black photo box. I love these boxes for many things. Each one has three little boxes (dividers) inside the makes organizing so easy.

I LOVE these boxes!! I was thinking I would use one for my CB folders too. Here's what I did to store my cards:

I use the wire mesh Cd holder from Target/Walmart--the plates to my CB fit in it also and I file the folders in ABC order...their names written on them--the smaller ones and the cut outs go in another basket as I don't really use them all that much. Everything stays together and sits out on my table all the time.

Thanks! I have an affinity for "office supplies" and storage things, so when I found these at my Office Depot it was "love at first sight! Anyhow, the picture is actually the box I made for the cards I make for my dad. I have recently drilled holes in one box to create a ribbon keeper (I haven't finished it, 'cause my little drill needs charged and I think I will use my husbands drill anyhow). These boxes are GREAT!! I have clear stamps in them, acrylic paint, my WishRack images that I have received, etc. I LOVE THEM!!

I have just ordered the plastic storage sleeves from cropstop. These sleeves fit in a 3 ring binder. My friend and I worked out how many we had of A2, 3x3, die/emboss sets and went halves. Of course we allowed for some future purchases. We are going to look for a binder which zips closed as we both want extra protection for when we travel with our crafting supplies.
