Sometimes local scrapbooks stores have them and will let you use them during the crops or if you purchase your paper to be embossed/cut from the store at that time.

I've seen at some scrapbook stores where they have a die cut machine that you can use in their premises for a price ... kind of like renting. I'd check around with some local scrapbook stores, you never know.

Along with Archiver's and other scrapbook stores like the others have mentioned, sometimes the library in towns has die cutting machines you can use if you bring your own paper. It's worth checking out!
yes; I've successfully used a rolling pin as already mentioned. Lightly mist your cardstock with water, just before you slip it into your folder. It helps a lot with the impression.
