does anyone know if you can get a replacement for it or not. NOt a big deal but i did crazy glue it. hoping it should hold but thought i would not reinvent the wheel in searching and though someone might have the answer.

Contact the manufacturer; they should be able to provide the best answers for you!

Did they ask you to mail back the broken one so their design dept. can come up with a sturdier arm? The light grey handle part you hold when rotating the arm is quite loose and flimsy.

I have read several posts where people have had the CB arm break. One would think they would want to see where it is breaking so they can develop a better arm.

well they sent me the whole arm, screw, allen wrench plastic cover. they were fast since i live in canada and thngs seem to take forever to get here from the US.

although they never asked for the old arm back, they were great to deal with and it cost me nothing.

I bought a CB for myself before Christmas. I was putting it together and dropped the small black screw that holds the arm on. I could not find that darn screw anywhere. I've looked and looked..I contacted Provocraft about buying another one and they sent me a whole new arm too with the screw and allen wrench etc..I am so pleased with their customer service.

I had my first cuttlebug break awhile back. I'd put the plates through and nothing would emboss. But the Michaels in my city let me bring my old one back and gave me a free one. Originally they said to contact provocraft and then I mentioned I was going to use a 50% off coupon the next day - they told me to bring the old one in. I never thought in my wildest dreams they would just give me a new one.
