Default Cutting Dimensions for Using SU Border/Corner Punch Combo?

I know that this has been posted before but I can't find it in a search so maybe someone can either tell me or give me a link to the original info on what sizes you can cut paper to have the SU scallop trim border and corner punches to work together correctly. I wasted a lot of cardstock today trying to figure this out with no success.

Thanks. I will have to print that out and store it with my punches for future reference.
