Question Cutting Chipboard?

I knew this would be the best place to ask for help on this.
I'd like to cut down some 12X12 chipboard sheets to 6x6 for a mini album. What's the best thing to use? I want nice clean cuts. Obviously my little Fiskars slide trimmer can't do the job.
Thanks for your help!

The Stampin' Up Tabletop Cutter cuts through chipboard like a dream! And it's self-sharpening, so you never have to replace the blade.

I am SOOOO happy I invested in this. It's just perfect for cutting chipboard to run it through my Big Shot.

Ok, one more check in the "positive" column for this cutter....I've been on the shelf for a while regarding purchasing it. I think I just need to pony up and get it! lol
Thank you for your help!

Does the cutter need replacement blades from time to time? I didnt see any listed?

No it doesn't need replacement blades, it is a self sharpening blade.

how do you cut ovals and circles? Not with a cutter I mean, just for someone who wants an oval but hasn't got a fancy cutter.....
