Default CRYSTAL EFFECTS - how to get it dry?

I am doing a stamp-a-stack tomorrow and was wondering if there was a way to get the crystal effects to dry faster than "air dry". People are coloring in a beautiful vase full of flowers...and the thick layer looks great, but takes several hours to dry properly...yikes!!! I hadn't thought this technique through...Does anyone know how to get it to dry and would a heat tool work (without splattering or burning)?

Thanks a million!
Allison

The heat tool makes it bubble, gives it a whole different look.

Unfortunately you just gotta let CE sit and dry.

Are you going to use all SU products? If not, for a little bit different look, you could use a Sakura glaze pen.

This is a great time to sell your customers some Crystal Effects, too, so that the next time you use it at an event, they can wait to add it to their project until they get home!

How about just using a VersaMark pen and Glossy Glaze Enamel. Do a coat, heat it up and do a second coat, heat it up and it's great!

Air it out, air it out

I use a foam thing that you use for clothes. They sell them at Wally World. It's like a Stickles and they give dimensions. It dries faster.

But if it's an SU thing, just got to use the dimensionals early on and just let it dry. I guess a low heating will work... like those lights for egg hatching
