Default Cricut cutting Chipboard

I have no idea where to place this, so I hope I get some responses here. My friend told me about a special blade you can purchase for the Cricut and it will cut chipboard. Can anyone tell me about this?

I also have it. Inever tried to cut chip board with my old blade. With the new blade it only cuts chip board about the thickness of a cereal box. So I wasted a lot of money on this thicker chip board that I have nothing to cut it with. I wouldn't say it is worth the money

Thanks for the tips. I have the chipboard coasters. I usually cover them with dsp and then use my sizzix, but I like the variety of the cricut. I'll have to think it over now.

I couldnt get the deep blade to cut a coaster. It was a waste of money!
