Default coaster

I don't know where people are buying them, but when we ate at Red Lobster last week, I liked the colors on the drink coasters they put on the table, so I pocketed them. I used one to cut out the letters of my husband's name for our anniversary card and the colors matched perfectly! I used the CB and the Red Tag sale alphabet. It was a fairly thin coaster with a yummy looking tropical drink on it. I have also been saving chipboard, like gift boxes and packaging to cut things out of.

This wasn't the answer you were looking for, I'm sure, but maybe it will give you some ideas to play around with til your coaster ship comes in!

I think it is called americancoasters.com, but you have to buy them in big bulk. But they are really cheap.

I went to my local tile shop. All I wanted was four. I wanted to see if I would like stamping on them. Come to find out they sell by boxload. When I explained I needed four, he went into the back and gave (yes, gave) me four coasters.

I am doing ok for now. I ordered some medium wieghtones from a place. I was just looking for different weights. I see a few projects out there and it will say heavy or medium wight coasters. I didn't know if that really mattered when making them... Thank you very much for theoffer. That is why I was looking for a heavey weight place so if I need to oder that size.

THank you

Bonnie's Best Art Tools.... bonniesbest.com carries the 4 x 4, with round corners, heavy weight. They are off white, not kraft color. Great place to shop and fast shipping.
