Default Concord & 9th Sunshine Turnabout

Hi! Has anyone tried this stamp? For the life of me I cannot get the points to go to a central point. I viewed videos & used the template to X on the back & have checked it several times. :( It makes me want to cry... Maybe my expectations are just too high. Anyone else have trouble or have any hints?
Thanks, Shelley

I havent used it, but did you watch any of Jennifer Maguires videos on how to use the turnabout stamps? Shes great at explaining that stuff

I have the sunshine turnabout and haven't tried it yet, but I have worked with the first turnabout they came out with (the one with all the little triangles). I can say that a lot of the videos make it look like it's just oh-so-simple, but you really have to take some time at the beginning to make sure everything is really REALLY lined up. Not just the "x" on the stamp and matching it up to the turntable, but making sure your cardstock is centered on the turntable. A couple of videos said that the cardstock being centered wasn't that big a deal, as long as you didn't shift it when you turned, but if I didn't have it dead center, the triangles were off. I would imagine that the same applies with the Sunshine turnabout.

I finally made myself a laminated turntable that had graph paper lines and an outline of an A2 size card printed on it, centered. That seemed to help.

What a good idea! I'm just getting into the turnabouts and I need all the help I can get.
