Default Cheery Lynn dies

Does anyone have a good easy sandwich using the Sizzix Big Shot Pro on the Cheery Lynn dies or really all dies and folders? Thanks.

I have been working on this the past couple weeks since I started using my big shot pro - there is a good tutorial on the u cut at home blog for spellbinders and embossing folders - I've never used cheery lynn, but I suspect they are similar to nestabilities,

Using Spellbinder Dies With Sizzix Big Shot Pro Machine

With my machine, I found that it works better without the solo shim - the shim was making it too tight to easily get it through the machine. I use the same sandwich they note on the blog, just without the shim. Also, something I didn't think was clear was that you still use the base platform that comes with the big shot pro under this sandwich.

I do know that you meant dies for cutting shapes, but when I saw the title of this thread I couldn't help but think "Oh, poor Cheery Lynn." :p

Ha! I know what you mean I had the same response a couple of months ago when another thread was started. Evidently reports of Cheery's demise have been extremely premature!

I have an old original Sizzix, what type of shim do you use with that and your dies from this company? I don't care how much paper I put, it doesn't want to cut....
