I just saw Hobby Lobby started to carry few sets of "basic colors" in the scrapbooking section for $38 (whereas individual pens are sold in artist section). I am going to try my 40% coupon today. Recently the 30% off sales now exclude Copics. Read the small print.
Just bought sketch copic markers for 3.95 each! I also get free shipping for purchasing 12 sketch markers! Otherwise Not sure I would have wanted to pay the shipping which was 16.35.

I think its still cheaper to order from Oozak for Canadians unfortunately. They have the cheapest prices anywhere both sides of the border even with having to pay shipping (which they always work with you to get the lowest shipping). And given that the Canadian dollar is above par, they are a teeny weeny bit cheaper than the prices listed. You do have to create an account to see the discounted price. They are $4.47 for the sketch markers and $3.17 for the Caio markers.
If you are going to buy a bunch, then Oozak might be your best bet. Register and log in for the best price, which is currently $4.47 plus shipping for Copic Sketch markers. (Free shipping in the U.S. on orders of $50 or more)
If you only need a few, then I've found Otakufuel to have the best overall price if you live in the U.S. Individual Copic Sketch markers are $5.24. Shipping on Copics is free as long as you order 3 or more: https://www.otakufuel.com/checkout.php
I know the last response to this thread was a long while ago, but I'm hoping someone can answer a question for me.
I signed up for an account at Oozak, but I didn't see any price change on the individual markers at all. Logged out or logged in, it is saying the price of the Ciao markers is 3.59. Do they not do the "member" lower price anymore, or am I just doing something wrong. (Which totally may be the case!)
I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. My name comes up in the little box, I have logged out and logged in, I've even tried to create an account with another email and have the same thing happens.
Are you supposed to get an email from them saying you have signed up for an account, because I never got anything for either email. I am going through all my computer stuff to make sure everything is up to date in case something on that line is causing problems.
I just ordered from them for the first time myself. I didn't see any special pricing pop up either when I made an account. I e-mailed and Rusty said that he has to manually set you up for the special prices after your first order. You may want to e-mail him.

stampingscrapping sells them in the wholesale special order section for a great price. You have to signup for the special / whole sale section on the site and then you can see the prices. She only charges actual shipping and ships to Canada, its a great place to shop. The sketch are 3.95
