i heard about someone making like 20-40 cards with the stampin up scrapbook kits, dose anyone know how they did that or is there a template or something i could look at. i know someone know, thanks
Any chance I could get that, too? I have the Rose Cottage kit coming as part of my starter kit, but I am not a big scrapbooker. My e-mail address is: [email protected]
Would it be possible to get the information as well? I love Stampin Up and card making but am not a scrapbooker. My email is [email protected]
Thank you very much.
I'm so sorry you have already e-mailed so many....but I just found this site and would love to have this information, if you wouldn't mind sending one more e-mail.
I'm looking for a set of cards that you can make with SU Simply Scrapping Kit called Rose Cottage. I anyone have a pattern I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Sharon Caillier [email protected]
Here is the Rose Cottage gallery and there are cards and pages in there to look at. But nobody really says what patterns they used on their cards. I did use this kit recently to make cards but I haven't uploaded any of my cards from the class. I used two patterns that I found on this site - the first one was very simple, cut the paper into 2x4 strips and just use those as backgrounds to build your card. the other was an actual OSW template for 8 1/2 x 11 - using the left over card stock for gift cards and layering. I also used extra cardstock for the card (WW or VV or whatever matched best) and then cut the cardstock that came with the kit to layer on the card base (4 x 5 1/4). You get more cards out of the kit by adding paper for the actual card.
I hope that helps. But PM me if you have a question.
Mary,
Thank you so much for the info. I am off to start card making. I will use your suggestion for using my own card stock for the case. I appreciate all who replied.
