Default Card storage ideas needed

Does anyone have any ideas on how to store all the wonderful card swaps we get and just can't part with? I have so many- how do you store them so that you can easily look through them for ideas?

Thanks for your help!

I would just make a decorated lunch box tin. You can find that under "anything but a card" section..otherwise, a video storage container (plastic)...

I bought the shoeboxes from Michaels and have one for each type of occassion. Then I have another one for overflow that I send to the military when it gets full. When I make my cards I always make one or two extra to put in the Military box. Hope this helps.

I had a photo storage box filled with cards, but I wanted to switch to the binder-style so I could easily look through them. I liked the idea of special sleeves for the cards, but I kept finding discontinued styles on the internet, which led me to think that whatever kind I actually found that was still being made might not be for very long, and I wanted everything to match. So, I found on a blog somewhere how someone put cards two to a page using clear photo corners and cardstock in plastic sleeves. I'll try to post a picture of it tomorrow when we can upload again!

Yes, that's what I'm looking for! Something in a binder style- that would be great if you can post a picture. Thank you!

I make a small booklet of cards for each SU stamp set. I use our medium clear envelopes for the ''pages'' and make the cover with one sheet of standard cardstock and a prong fastener. The finished result holds six to eight samples and is not much larger than a card - but this limits me to samples that fit in a invitation size envelope. Even so, I can grab samples of sets I am demonstrating and take them easily to workshops, or flip through them for inspiration. I store my booklets in a rectangular bucket from the dollar store.

I actually store them in this:

It's great, and it is just the right size. I made dividers and categorized them!
