I use 110lb. card stock from Staples for my base and 65lb. from Michael's for layers.

Michaels has 110lb Recollections cardstock. I bought a 100 sheet pack and used a coupon.

Cutcardstock.com Get on their mailing list to get occasional discounts. Look for Cougar Super Smooth cover 80 lb. or 110 lb. They also have Curious metallic Cryogen White (92 lb., I think) which is a shimmery white. Both card stocks can be used with Copic markers.

We own a print shop so I get my cardstock from work but sometimes I do mass ordering with my friends for discounts from cutcardstock.com.

I have not tried the cardstock from Michael's, yet, but the 110 lb. sounds like a good one to try especially using a coupon.

Be sure to get cover and NOT text. Text is thin like copy paper.

I use 100 lb if I need a colour for the card base, if white then I use 110 lb which is my first choice. For layers I like 65 lb so as to reduce the weight put on the base. And as mentioned above it is cover not text.

I no longer buy 80 lb because I find it a bit too light weight for a card base but too heavy for layers.
