Hey ladies! I am wondering if anyone has a color chart for Caran d'Ache pencils. I am looking for a place to keep track of both my Pablo and Supracolor II pencils. I still love my Prismas but I think I might like my Caran d'Ache a little better. TIA!!
Was there not a chart of some sort with them when you bought them? Maybe you can contact the company itself and get one?
I have never tried those but have thought about buying them. Are they very different from the other cp brands?
Yeah, right, Dina! That's when money becomes an object! ;)
I love the color you add to your images, so tell me, what is your favorite coloring medium? I'm well stocked on prismas, watercolor pencils, and regular watercolors. The inktense have definitely caught my eye, just not my pocketbook yet.
I really love my watercolor pencils - I've been using them a little differently lately and loving them even more. They're great because they can be used for a quick project or an hours-long session. I'm learning to go more slowly and add layers of color - very very fun. I do go through phases though. I haven't been using my Prismacolors as much lately. Actually I have a set of Polychromos waiting in Florida for me so I may not even take my Prismas with me for the time we're in the States, and save room in my luggage for something else... poor babies! But each type of pencil works differently, so each has its time and place.
I love the Inktense pencils, but I don't have very many. They work great alongside the watercolor pencils to add deeper shading and color tones - they are really fun to work with.
