Question Can you name this tree die??

Does anyone know the tree die used in this card in a box? I cld only find a picture on Pinterest and there is no link, but sure I saw it first on Splitcoast and cannot find it again.

It looks like one from Papertrey Ink that matches the stamp set "In The Meadow".
