Can Tombow pens be brought back to life?

Does anyone know if it is possible to replenish Dual Tombow pens? Some of mine have dried out a little and I would love to get them working properly again.

I'd love to hear your expert advice.

I would say the answer is NO. Once they are spent you have to just throw them away. I have a huge collection of Tombows and they haven't been getting any love!! I am into Copics now so I am thinking about selling some. Let me know if you are interested.
