Can a Martha Stewart punch be fixed?

I have the snowflake corner punch and must have punched something it didn't like. Since it wasn't working, I pryed it apart and found bits of stuff in there. Put back together, it still won't make the final click and shoot out snowflake. Any suggestions? TIA

idk if it can be fixed, but I have a snowflake punch from here that doesnt' like anything I punch from it. I have never had any trouble with any of the punches from Martha Stewart before, but I am not a little leary on purchasing any more of them. And of course, I lost the reciept and can't return the thing. I hope someone can help you.
