Today I received by Big Shot--Yeah!!!
Now I want to purchase some of the Cuttlebug Embossing Folders to usde in my Big Shot and a Scor-Pal.
My question is: where is the best on-line store to purchase these items from. I have to purchase on-line as I live on The Big Island of Hawaii and we do not have Michael's, AC Moore or JoAnn's. I particularly want the Dotted Swiss Cuttlebug Embossing Folder-and some other ones, too.

You may want to shop around. Most all stores have on line ordering now. Wal-mart carries these folders online only. And if you have a store near you there is no cost for shipping directly to the store.
While we are discussing Scor-Pals, let me ask this:
Why do you need a scor-pal if you can score with your paper cutter? Does it work better? Is it easier to use (measure)? Please give me your input. I am thinking about buying one but I can't really justify the purchase.

Love my Scor-Pal. You just put the paper down and score away! Depending on the project, you don't have to move it around for every score.
I like the measuring guide on it. I find it very easy to use. My admittedly score/measuring-challenged cousin just got one because she liked mine so much.
I love mine too. It makes measuring and scoring easier. Before I had one, it seemed like I spent extra time and brain power figuring out the meaasurements for the score line. Now I just put the paper on the Scor-Pal and score.
I don't have a Scor Pal either (but I would like one). I am doing 80 bridal shower favors and didn't want to keep moving my ruler to use my scoring tool. So here is a picture of my cheapo scor pal! that's a pizza cutter, BTW!

The website that I use for the Cuttlebug folders is: www.ohmycrafts.com, they have lots of other stuff also.

Also, wanted to let you know that if you go to the following site for the scor pal, they are not charging shipping, so that would be somewhat of a savings. I ordered mine from there and the turnaround was really quick.... the website is ; http://www.customcrops.com
Hope this is useful information for you....

Archivers carries Scor-Pal and you can use a coupon on it, if you have one.
I really like mine, it helps not only score - but it helps to get it folded squarely also. It doesn't seem like a piece of plastic should cost that much, but it is a tool you will use over and over and over and over and . . . .
When I got mine, I ordered direct from Score-Pal. I just wanted to support her in her new venture, since she is a former SU demo. She's really a nice gal...
You might search ohmycrafts. Some people have had bad service from them. I did. I like allthatscraps. I think that is the name of the site. Free shipping!
I was one who had a bad experience with Ohmycrafts...willl not purchase there again.
Yes, me too. I had a problem with several orders from Oh My Crafts and won't shop there again.
Cutters Creek (https://www.cutterscreek.com/store/) sells both the Scor Pal and Cuttlebug folders and they have free shipping over $20. Great customer service too!
I ordered the Scor-Pal, mat and additional scoring tool direct from Scor-Pal and the embossing folders from customcrops. Will let you know how the service and delivery goes. Thanks for all your help.
I think joann.com has the best price on embossing folders.
I just got a bunch of folders at joanns.com for a great price (like $3.50 each I think) and found a free shipping code for orders over either $25 or $35 (can't remember). When I ordered they had the Swiss dot.
I was very happy with my experience with them. I really like my Scor-Pal too. No more crooked score lines for me!
Agree entirely...7kids is great! They have the ScorPal for the best price out there (except getting it for half off with TAC or something like that) and they have Cuttlebug folders too! All in one place, reasonable shipping, great prices, and great service.

Received my Scor-Pal on Friday and my embossing folders on Monday. Great service, no problems. Thanks for everyone's input. I love all my new tools!
