I've always ordered mine from Penwa.com. You can get as little as 12 and it goes up from there.

I ordered a 48 case (I think) and they were 1.81 each and had free shipping. I haven't checked the prices lately. I'm using an ATG now.

If you have a Sam's Club membership you can order them online and they aren't very expensive...
