Altenew really was lacking in the customer service department (which they call customer happiness)...didn't even apologize for the problem. After a lot of back and forth, turns out I realized I'd bought the folder from Scrapbook.com....oops, my bad! However, after contacting Scrapbook.com, they sent me a new folder...immediately! I am so impressed with that company! THAT's customer service...at its best.
