Default bosscut gazelle electronic cutting machine

Hi, hope someone can help me. I got a bosscut gazelle machine for Xmas and i would like to download some cutting files or pictures from a website. Does anyone no the format that the machine takes. She has ai,pdf and svg formats as well as others. Is there 1 in particular that is better than the others or does it depend on the computer. As you can tell I'm pretty computer illiterate. Also does anyone know if you can download a printable instruction manual. The website and forum just keeps directing me to either youtube instructions or video tours which I find a bit hard to follow when I'm on the computer using the machine and having to keep going back to instructions then to my project. I have a tendency to jump in the deep end and try complex projects instead of the few shapes that come with the machine. Sorry if I'm rambling on but hopefully someone can help

I'm surprised your Gazelle didn't come with a paper manual? Mine did, but it's much older. Anyway, I haven't used my Gazelle much, but if I remember correctly it had it's own format WPC. I remember it was a pain trying to convert file types to something the Gazelle could use, which is one of the reasons I gave up on it and bought a Cameo, but that might be different with the newer software.
If I were you, I would just use Google to ask whatever questions you have regarding the Gazelle, and most likely someone has already had the same question answered. That's what I always do.

thanks for the quick reply. No there were no instruction manuals just a dvd which is a pain when you're in the middle of a project. I was all set to buy a cameo but was talked into a Gazelle as the demonstrator at a craft fair said that it was able to do so much more than the cameo. She also made it look so simple to cut images from the internet, as they do  Now I'm sorry that I didn't get the cameo. Thank God for Google and You Tube.
