Default Big kick question

I found one at my local AC Moore..and was wondering if there was really any difference between it and the BS? I could use a 50% off coupon bring it to almost $50...so that would be fantastic. Just wondering if I should order the BG on line ( as they don't have those?? I called ahead)...I understand the BK is bigger..but to what degree? It can cut the same materials correct??

I have the Big Kick and like you, I used the 50% coupon. I don't think there is any difference mechanically, just cosmetically.

No difference? Not even in weight? I love my Big Shot and was thinking of buying something as a back up. I paid $100 for mine a year or two ago, but would use a 55% off on the 19th if it's really the same as the BS.

I'm sorry you drove all that way for nothing....Do you have a Michaels nearby? They carry them too and they take each others coupons. I use my ACM coupons at Michaels all the time because they are usually 50%...

I got my big shot from overstock.com. It was $63.99 and no tax. It came super quick too.

I bought my BigKick almost 8 years ago now, from Joann with a 50% off coupon. It still worked perfectly....that thing is a WORKHORSE! And I work it hard too, doing hundreds of cuts a day quite often....and it is still going and going! I hope you can find one cheap online - so sorry you went all that way for nothing!

I bought my Vintaj Big Kick from Hobby Lobby this past summer and used a 40% off coupon, which made it $59.99 instead of $99.99. I bought it because it was "purty" and I liked the paint job. They had the periwinkle and black Big Shot for the same price and I could have used the coupon on it, but went with the Vintaj instead.

In reading and "talking" on other threads, I've learned that the only difference is my Vintaj came with a 13" Solo Platform and two 8 1/2 X 6 in clear plates. I had to purchase a "Solo Thin Die Adapter" in order to be able to use Nestabilities in my Big Kick.

Love it and use it all the time.
