Big Kick Problem

My Big Kick has quit cutting and embossing. Does anyone know if it can be adjusted or fixed?

Is the Big Kick made the same as a Big shot?

When my Big Shot does that I know it's time to pop the cap off the end of the handle and tighten the screw that is inside of the handle. Works like new again once I do this. I don't have to do it often but every once in a while it needs that adjustment.

The BS and BK are the same machine mechanically. The differences are only cosmetic, so, assuming the problem with the OP's machine is also the result of a loose handle, the solution would be the same (tighten the handle).

I strongly suggest you ask a mod to delete your email address. It is a very very bad idea to opening post such info on a public message board. Spammers can and will harvest your address and start pummeling you with spam. They have programs that do this, they just crawl message boards looking for posts like yours with email addresses in them.

What exactly is it not doing? Does the roller not roll? The handle not turn? There are a lot of suggestions to be made, but I would need to know what you mean that it isn't working in order to offer any suggestion.

Thank you, I just had to tighten up the screw on the handle. It is working now.

Good to hear Nancee...that's exactly what happened to mine. Just tightened the screw and it worked fine again after that.
