What companies make big, bold, uplifting sentiment stamps?
I am searching for stamps that can serve as the focal point of a card front or be the sentiment inside. Ideally, the stamp would cover at least 1/4 (preferably 1/3) of a 4.25" x 5.5" card. That means I'm looking for stamps that are AT LEAST 2" x 2.5" (preferably larger).
Also, text needs to be large enough and clear enough for most seniors to read without having to dig out a magnifying glass.
Diamond Press on HSN has two such sets: #740-374 called Big Sentiments for $24.95 and #725-782 called Rejoice Sentiments for $30.37. Both sets nearly take up the front of an A2 card. I have the rejoice set and love it. Tuesday Jan 19 is HSN Craft Day too ....
A favorite set of mine that has fun, smile-inducing sentiments is this one from Inkadinkado - Friendly Advice Kids Quotes. The stamp that says “You make me smile all over my face!” Is one that I use often on the inside of my cards....never even thought to use it on the outside of a card, but why not?
Here’s the set so you can see other kid quotes. Price is right at $9.99!
Dina, I saw several stamps that are exactly what I'm looking for on the Unity site.
I also found several more here: https://www.iostamps.com/category/DINA
You are lucky b/c large sentiments became a thing a couple years back so there are a lot of them around....plus the idea of one huge word with smaller words to go with it but the overall in total is bigger. TONS of those around.
Simon makes some -this is just two examples. Kristina Werner does some for them also in her pretty calligraphy
I've found that MyFavorite things has been doing some larger sentiments and dies. Here's a link to their word stamps: https://mftstamps.com/collections/stamps/words. I just got their Happy Happy Happy birthday set (2 stamps). Don't forget to look at their dies too - there are some pretty cool ones.
Good to hear that companies are going with larger sentiments. I've bookmarked several of these sites, some that I've never heard of before.
For now, I'm going to go with Impression Obsession. I have a cart filled with stamps that fit my criteria. Now I just have to whittle them down to an affordable purchase. IO also has a dog die that I've been wanting for some time so I will take care of two wishes in one order.
