I was looking for a very white embossing powder a couple years ago, and what I had was off white.
I ended up with one from Recollections and am very happy with it.

I have the HA Unicorn White and love it.

The new white Gelly Roll pens are fantastic; there are 3 nib sizes (.5, .8 and 1.0) and usually are sold together. My fave is the .8 nib.

But the best white pen I've found is the Posca paint marker, in white. There are two 0.7mm extra-fine tips; the PC-1MR is more like a pen than a marker. It has a ring of metal surrounding the tip, so the nib doesn't get squished. It covers everything with no smearing and with a single stroke.
