Do you need just one baby card or you want to be able to make them going forward?
Baby is a HUGE theme with all the stamp companies so if you go to them and pick it or ask for it you will get tons of stuff. If you hit up a gen supplier you will see them from many companies. Warning: A lot of it is stinkin' cute. So put on your resistance hat first.
If you want to punt with what you have for one card...look for pastel paper colors in your stash and do a nice strip card or quilt look and use a congratulations die.
Bridal would be under wedding-also a big category but the releases tend to come like in feb-march? for june weddings...but they always have stuff. They might actually have some stuff in clearance.
I always thought The Ton had lovely wedding stuff...not a lot right now-maybe more in the spring

Papertrey Ink (PTI) had a whole wedding sentiment set called Happily ever after that covered everything around a wedding-small font though...darn it looks like they discontinued it. Maybe you could find it on ebay or etsy...or ask in the ISO board here. Someone might be willing to give it up.

If you just needed one...you can do any floral bouquet stamp and any "so happy for you" sentiment...or something with love is whatever...
An all white card...do you have any bell dies? Some pearls...
If you want umbrellas in particular...could work for both...I just googled umbrella dies and a ton came up.
