Default ATG 714 help

When the roll of tape on my ATG 714 gets low (say, 1/4 left), the tape won't roll properly putting on a lot of tension and ends up breaking. I know I'm loading it properly (I watched tutorials on Youtube to be sure) and it has happened on every roll of tape so far. I've tried reloading it 4 times today and it just keeps snapping the tape due to too much tension.

I was wondering if any of you have had the same problem and if there is a solution.

Thanks,
Joelle
