Looks like they are pretty reasonable and only come to about $1.50 for a quart size without handles! I'm going to call them in the morning before I hit submit on my order. They do not have their shipping on the site and I want to make sure it is reasonable.
I buy the gallon cans for $1.79 at my local paint store whereas Home Depot and Ace Hardward sell them for $3.49 each. (I live in the S.F. Bay area and it is not the cheapest place to live. ) You should get out your phone book and give the paint stores a call. They might be able to order you a case if they don't keep them in stock.

I am almost positive that sherwin williams sells the quart sized cans without handles for less than $1 (I am thinking $.90). The gallon sizes were about $2 (not positive about that). I bought a dozen so or each last fall and have used... NONE. LOL
Call them first if you have one in your area. Home depot/Lowes are WAY more expensive!
I just called Sherwin Williams and the qt size without handles is $1.48. I am going to go pick them up from there. Thanks for the info ladies. I would have spent so much more online for these!!!

ROTFLMBO!!! Oh, girl, ya' CRACK me!!!
Anybody else ever have the same internal struggle?
Oh, I'll just get one. OK, two mebbe. Such a great price! Ooooh! I could get three dozen, and share 'em with m' girlfriends. Oh, fabulous gifts for . .. . --whaaaaat???? What am I talkin' 'bout??? I got no space for all this? Calm down. Yes, it's a good deal, but, no, just one or two. I'll use those. I'd never use all of 'em, blah blah blah . . . Buy them!Buy them all!!! Look at how many they are and they're less than a $1 each! Perfect for a class, oh, yeah, I know I haven't planned or scheduled it yet, but, and I'll never run out, and I can share some with m' girlfriends, there's definitely some space between the wall and the front of the toilet--you'd still have room for your knees, blah blah blah . . .

Yup!! I did that with chipboard coasters last year! I did not use one of them!! But.......... I am planning on using these paint cans. I am making one for each of my DH's employees for Halloween, one for each of my girlfriends for Christmas filled with homemade jewelry (yes, another hobby I am getting into), and I am making them for all the helpers for my little church Super Saturday. I need at least 20 of them. ;)

To sum up my "buying personality" I will tell you a story from a recent trip from Michels. LOL
I was browsing Michaels because I had a coupon. I MUST use my coupon right, or I lose out on $5 or $10... or whatever amount. Never mind the fact that I have to SPEND money to save money! It's ok. I just like to save money. LOL
Well..... I walk through the jewelry aisle because I always look for pretty, flat back swarovski crystals to add to my cards. As I am looking I see CLEARANCE tags... a LOT of clearance tags in one section of the aisle. I walk (okay, really I ran but...) and see a WHOLE SECTION of flat back heat activated Swarovski crystals in 3 sizes on clearance for $2 per package. They WERE $3.99-$4.99 so I was majorly drooling. Those things are expensive and I much prefer them to the cheapo plastic bling. LOL So I grab a moderate amount of them in varying sizes/colors... 25! LOL I glance down and there is a heat activated crystal attaching tool thingy for $10.99. Hello coupon... right? So, I take my tool that I didn't know existed and my 25 packages of crystals to the cashier. I would have been content... but then the WORST thing ever happened. They rang up for ONE DOLLAR! OMG! I felt faint. I was SO excited. It was a bargain shopping high! Now the internal struggle part... well I was planning to spend $50 on 25 packages, so I should go get another 25 right? I mean... I was already going to spend $50, so there is no harm in that right?
I let the cashier know I was going back for more and walked (quickly) back to that section. I quickly grabbed another 25. Then, I thought OMG, these are 75% off and they are SO expensive I should get a couple more. So, I did! I grabbed another 25, then thought I should go for an even number so I went to 100. (yes I am serious). THEN I started thinking about my girlfriends and how they would love some too... so I grabbed more... then I looked up and they were *almost* gone so I figured I should just take them all. Yes, seriously! So, I walk to the cashier again with my basket full of crystals. Imagine my shock when my total was $227. Ummmm... YES again I am serious! LMAO! I bought every single last pack of them! I ended up with over 200 packages. BUT I saved over $600 right? LMBO!
I came home and organized them in a little container I found at Walmart. They are now labeled and ready to use. Looks are deceiving. I kept at least 80 packs of crystals, so that little container is housing over $300 worth of swarovski crystals. I will be willing them to my children when I die. LOL
As for the rest, I did follow through with my original plan of sharing with my friends. LOL They came, they bought (in large quantities) and now I have about 10 packs left. I am saving those "just in case". LOL
Thanks for the great question and answers!! I was about to order some online. They are a lot more, but they have handles (not worth the dif). I have to get paint today for my front room, my list is getting longer. My husband will so glad that I want to look around at the hardware store!!! What is this world coming to?!?
First, I guess I am going with dh to the hardware/paint store this afternoon....second, TexasJodyLynn, you are cracking me up!!! THAT is EXACTLY how it all happens!!! You can send some of those pretty swarovskis over my way!! ;-)

Why do we do that? I do the same thing. Spend, spend, spend b/c it is a good buy. I might do a huge card swap someday and need a few million brads!! LOL!
Jody, you story is hilarious!!! I can totally imagine myself in your shoes! I have done the same things with clothes on the clearance rack even when I didn't have children in those sizes anymore. I would think to myself, this would be a great gift to someone, I just can't pass this up!!

LMBO! Oh, don't even get me started with the brads! ;)
I got them for about 75 cents each from my local Ace Hardware. If it is a local store that sells paint - they can sell you the cans empty and probably cheaper!

Jody, can I just tell you I *heart* you! Now hand over the debit and credit card missy!!! LMBO! That is a great story! I have been being good lately because I don't want to have to pack it to the new house -- but I will tell you that I would have been tempted by the crystals . . . yep!
