Smile Another paper cutter issue

I have had a fiskars paper cutter for years and never had any trouble with it at all - until recently. Recently it hasn't been cutting straight edges. So I decided to buy a new one and it does the very same thing. I am thinking it has to be the blades somehow. I took it back and have ordered one of the tonic ones from JoAnn's with their current 50% off coupon. I know some of you had mentioned having problems with frayed edges, but have you had trouble with it not making a straight cut even though it is positioned perfectly? Thanks.

I have had that problem with my Fiskars in the past, then I figured out that the blade was wobbling a tiny bit. I just hold it a bit harder now.

I had just bought new blades and it still doesn't cut straight at times. I posted something a few days ago about this subject.

Fiskars is very good about replacing the "ruler" part which is probably why you're getting the crooked cuts. I think they eventually warp.
