trying to figure out what punches to get. Joann.com is out of stock of the giga scalloped circle punch. Of course, I was able to order it and then received an email stating that they cancelled that portion of my order and gave me a code for a discount...blah blah blah! I want the stinkin' punch! Why allow someone to order an item if it's out of stock? So many other websites are able to tell you if an item is indeed in stock or not. Why or why, can't Joann? AAAGGGHHHH!
Okay, enough venting... now, ladies... where else does one go to find this giga scalloped circle punch??? Help, please.

Just curious... how long ago did you place your order with JoAnn? I ordered a few punches on Dec. 29 and received an email order confirmation then, but I haven't heard anything since then.
I just got that message too! I was pretty upset considering that now I may have to pay shipping because my order isn't over $25. They should at least let you decide if there's something else you want to replace the item before shipping the rest. I'm waiting for their customer service reply. I'll let you know what happens....
I also ordered from them today and 2 of the things I wanted. Ellison thick cut Daisy and giga Scalloped Circle are out of stock. The lady I spoke with Monica told me those things would be canceled off my order but if I call back and check on the stock they will honor the price I got and the free shipping I received.
I don't think they should charge you shipping on your $25 order if they had to cancel part of it. You should call them.
I ordered the Giga scallop square and circle on 12/27.
Recieved only the circle on 12/30, square had sold out.
No they did not charge me shipping since the total
was under $25.

If they cancel something from your order and it drops you below the $25 originally needed for free shipping, you still get the free shipping. I had this problem with my cuttlebug embossing templates last week and asked customer service. The invoice I received with my order confirmed the free shipping.

This is good to know. But I really didn't even need the item that got me to $25. I only added it to get the free shipping. LOL
I also placed my order on the 29th. I received the shipment email just before lunch.

Well, I just got a shipment email today (Jan. 6) for my Dec. 29 order, along with an email saying the giga scalloped circle punch was out of stock. :( I should be receiving the mega circle, mega scalloped oval, and giga scalloped square in a few days, but my mega circle punch just won't be quite as fun without the giga scalloped one.
Well, my order arrived -- but it was missing the giga scalloped circle! I felt like they didn't believe me when I phoned, but it certainly wasn't in the box. They will send it unless it is out of stock.
My order just arrived!! Everything is there and accounted for - except the giga scalloped punch, but I found that at www.createforless.com and it's scheduled to arrive TOMORROW!!!! WHOOOHOOO!!!
I was on Amazon.com yesterday and just for the heck of it I did a search for the giga scallop circle punch and actually found it for $13.99 plus shipping. Can't wait till it gets here!
I got an order from them today too. I had a punch cancelled and an embossing folder cancelled, which brought me below the $25 for free shipping, but they still gave it to me. They do owe me .52 on my gift card, but being so little, it's ok. It's not worth the hassle I have read about to get it put back on. Wouldn't it be great if there were die cuts by somebody, anybody, that were giga and mega sized scalloped circles, squares, ovals?
