Question ? About SU! Glimmer Paper

Does anyone know who manufactures this? I'm thinking it might be Paper Studio?

Thanks,
Kelli

I don't think so - the Hobby Lobby paper (if you're talking about Hobby Lobby Paper Studio) glimmer paper has a terrible smell and isn't as glittery. On the back it just says made in China.

SU! glimmer paper is made with a much finer glitter than papers I've purchased at Hobby Lobby and Michaels, better feel to it and the glitter does not rub off.

Thanks everyone; I picked up a few sheets to play with as they were 50% off this week. I was SOOOO hoping that the holiday catty would have (fingers crossed) a Night of Navy glimmer paper, but I guess it's the Pumpkin Pie, sigh!

It would take a bit of work on your part, but you can add color to the dazzling diamonds glimmer paper with a sponge or spray bottle. The silver paper might also work since the night of navy is such a dark color.

Yeah, I know a lot of people were doing that before SU! began featuring a different color glimmer paper in the Occasions and Holiday catties; I was just hoping that SU! would have offered Night of Navy in the new holiday catty.

I don't think that doing a DIY of Night of Navy ink onto DD glimmer paper will give it as deep of a gorgeous saturated tone like the colored glimmer papers SU! sells. Most of the bloggers I've seen online do this show pics of paper that isn't very well saturated with the ink; maybe because the DD glimmer paper is treated with a sheen that prevents deep saturation.

Oh well, I'll keep holding out until SU! offers a Night of Navy glimmer sheet...one can only hope, can't she?

I think spritzing the metallic glimmer papers would create a beautiful, rich tone. Also, to help get those darker tones you would need to use more re-inker with the alcohol.
