I placed an order with 7kidscollegefund.com for new embossing folders and a stamp set and made a mess of the order. I went back and forth to add other items and ended up with two orders...which I did not know. They emailed me and straighten out everything for me. I had several emails back and forth with them. They are fabulous. What great customer service! Do not hesitate to order from them!
concur. I recently placed an order and the shipping was actually less than what I was quoted/paid for, and she immediately gave me a GC and offered to credit back the card. (I'm saving it for some stickles or maybe some dew drops..heheheh)
I'm waiting for my first order to arrive because it was a pre-order, but I have to concur about communication. I actually posted about a week ago because I wasn't hearing back from emails I sent. Tab contacted me directly after seeing the post because she hadn't received the emails for one reason or other. I look forward to ordering more in the future.
I recently placed an order with them and was very pleased. I messed up on the order and they were great to work with and I got what I wanted. I will definately order from them again...and again...and again.
It is so nice to see a new company (at least new to me) doing so well. I too have ordered from them a few times and have always had excellent customer service. It is that kind of service that will keep me coming back... well.. and the great selection, and the great prices, and the quick shipping....
