I use the Marvy Uchida Clever Lever Craft Punch Circle 2" - it works great and you can punch out precisely the piece you want to punch out (which is difficult with the Cricut).
The March Demo Planner Challenge has a sketch with a 2" circle. Since in order to submit you can only use SU products I am assuming those that did that challenge used the Coluzzle. That is what I used.;)

My upline also taught me a way to make a large circle window with the SU! Round Tab punch -- just rotate the paper 90 degrees and go at it a second time!

I use the Marvy Uchida Clever Lever punch also. I also use my cricut if I want to make lots of circles. You can place the blade where you want it on the machine. The Marvy is much less expensive.
