Looking for template for calendar- sizzix pop up ball

Hello all! I'm trying to find a template for a 2010 calendar that will fit the Sizzix Pop-up ball. I'm wanting to make them with my stamp club ladies tomorrow night. I thought I found what I needed but it was too big, I would like to have it small enough that you can see the cardstock that is used to make the pop up ball itself.

Thank you for your help! I'm new to this site and I have not found out how to use it all yet.

I used a calendar that was created by CAT of www.catscreativeplace.com. It was the bookmark calendar and I just cut it apart.
