Does anyone know where I can find the cake slice box with a lid template? I have seen a few in the gallery and I prefer the top lid to the side close...then again it's probably more work, but I would like to just see the template.
That's ok they aren't free...I want to make a 2 tierd cake for my sister's wedding shower and fill each slice with a different jar of spice. So I am trying to decide if I want to just order the pre die cut boxes or get a pattern and cut and score them all myself to save a bit...just wondering if the savings would even be worth it!
Thank you ladies, I really appreciate the quick responses that I received. I been all over looking for a good template. with separate lid too. So I went to sizzix site and found a die cut called ( The Pie slice box) $53.47 total with shipping and tax. Its a xL die cut.

LOL I know... I should start checking ebay, I just get funny that way ha! well my die cut should be here by next Tuesday it wont be here on time for the party so Im kinda cheating for my cousins favors but its just more work this way.
But that is the same one I'm purchasing from Sizzix. ( same pic).
hmmm I do have the cricut but never use it I love my big shot I have every machine and that is the one I use and use and use. But thank you I will look into that.
yea, it came today... my pie slice box!!! I do say that was quick delivery... I love it but it opens on back end of the slice... and it is the same size as the template above, only in three pieces I got to go play with my new toy now. Oh I did call the stampin up office and share with them how this is a hot item and they should think about putting this for us to buy from stampinup.
