DUH! Sometimes it take quite a while for my brain to shift into gear. I could not figure out the little short slits. I looked and looked at the photo and finally realized that the two slits on the top and bottom just form a little tab. They are not supposed to fit around the lip balm. Just the large one in the middle does that.

Hey Ladies...
Just another idea to use these for.. I made 44 tonight for an event I'm attending tomorrow... I made mine a different size then the one posted here and I insert a roll of smartie cardies... its a perfect size ...
They turned out real cute so I'm hoping others will think so too... Thanks
