Question Letter Sized Portfolio Tut?

For School, I want a portfolio that could hold letter sized paper. I've seen it made out of plastic, and for cards, but I was thinking if it could be made for letter sized paper... I have letter sized CS and 12x12 DSP/PP...I love getting crafty, since I'm gonna be decorating my notebooks and pencil cases and EVERYTHING! Is there a template for the letter sized portfolio? Please help D:

I made this for my boss for boss's day. She loved it! I used poster board so that I could make it big enough to hold a legal pad. Hope this helps you.
